I had some bad luck but if I am NOT in Iraq next
year, I will plan to attend this ride. For twenty years have put horses
thru puddles to add to the cooling effect. This one did not work in my
favor.
3 yrs ago at Chireno TX, 44 horses started and 24
finished. Similar terrain with the roots but some other things such as
rocks. I had a different horse and different troubles but finished number
TEN. My horse then spooked while at full gallop and I hit hard and broke
my helmut and the mare ran to camp. Dang wish this horse had done
that.
