My dear Lynne,

As one that sent time on LA - and I don't mean the CA version, I mean 
the one next to Mississippi, you should know. Once you are soaked to the 
bone - you can't get any more miserable. So you might as well be sitting 
on a soft wet seat rather than a hard wet seat.

You've been out west too long - your memory is fading.
