The first 2 riders are out of the 92 mile vet check--Crockett and Michele 
Bloch.

Everybody seems to be riding rather sensible, and are rather spread 
out.   There have been several pulls, but no horses in trouble or needing 
treatment <knocking on wood>.   All of the 65 milers have left the last vet 
check. They have till 10:30 p.m. to finish.

Weather was nice and sunny today, evening is still clear but a breeze and 
cooler.
