Get some newspaper... put it on your saddle, ...fold and tape it , till it 
fits your saddle...trim off excess-----if you mess up.....start over .....do 
it again....or use an old sheet, it drapes better..... cut to size.Cut wool 
to fit , seams only where necessary, not under vital parts.....sew elastic 
and ties (or use grommets) to attach to saddle. I made one out of fake 
fleece for first saddle, bought  one for my saddle that is a full seat and 
modified it. Make sure mounting and dismounting won't  fold or loosen it.
