Last year at this time, I had a pinched
nerve in my neck. After seeing doctors, chiropractors, acupuncturists, and
physical therapists, I gave up, cancelled all pending appointments, and put a
Thermacare patch on the first thing each morning. It lasted about 10
hours, at which time it was nearly time to go to bed (neck didn't hurt at
night). After 1-1/2 weeks of heat on my neck, the pain went away and
hasn't come back to any degree that I can't handle. For 5-1/2 months, I
was in misery. Bless Therma-Care patches. I'm not saying that the heat
cured my problem, but it alleviated it, and something happened to make the pain
disappear. My husband uses the patches on his shoulders when they hurt too badly
to sleep.
I second the therma care patches. Wonderful product! If you get the
ones for mentstrual cramps, they will fit just about anywhere and have self
adhesive sticky stuff.
I use them for back pain, shoulder pain, knee pain!
Have
you ever tried Therma-Care patches? The heat they give off is a
wonderful relief for arthritis and might relieve bone pain,
too.
