[RC] non electric coffee / seed grinders - JonniSome of the sporting goods stores, that carry good quality camping supplies, have the many interesting items. I thought I saw a battery powered grinder at REI last time I was there. But, you can find a lot of different hand grinders of various price ranges. We had a barn with no electricity, and running an extension cord around horses is not my idea of safe. If I had been feeding flax then, I would have just ground it up in the house, dumped it in a tub, and carried it out to the barn and fed it right away.
