You see what the horse pass in their manure the birds pick up so you have shiny beautiful, plump birds flying (and my husband loves birds) around your place with lots of energy to eat all the bugs and mosquito's that bother our horse. Then what passes through the birds grows a pretty green plant with pretty blueish purple flowers on them. My goats thinks the plant is a real treat since there aren't really that many of them around. So I don't grind because Susan says it is okay not to and it has nice added benefits to the other creatures around us. Team Slow Poke
