are you saying that you eat a tablespoon of whole flax seeds???  on your cereal or just out of the spoon...not being rude, just really am curious.

I eat a tablespoon every morning. It tastes good and is good for me. Don't know that it gives me a shiny coat though. I never fed it to my parrots...too small.
