Re: [RC] Proposed new laws on practice of Vetinary Medicine - Sisu West RanchMy interest was confined to Farriers, since it seemed dammed silly to attempt to lump farriers in with vets etc. My farrier was out this afternoon. His take was that MT, if the law is passed, will probably just require all professional farriers to pass a certification. I got the impression that this certification exists now, but is not manditory. He was not paniced, or getting set to run for the Idaho line.I'm also not surprised that farriers in FL are still shoeing horses or that the TB race tracks march to their own drummer. Unfortunately, legislators seem to think that their job is to pass as many laws as humanly possible.
