Re: [RC] Bev and Pal/Demanding - gingerodgersI agree about the demanding. I pop in and out of ride camp occasionally just to see what the flavor of the month is. I personally can not continue to read ridecamp's entries on a daily basis because I have realized that far too many riders think they know it all and everyone else is wrong and they express this in the most obnoxious ways on a regular basis. I am not directing this to the person who's email you responded to because I did not read it, just to those busy bodies who spend too much time degrading other riders. Sorry for being so blunt, but I'm just being truthful and if the truth bothers others than they have their own issues to work out. I have found in the horse world that those who speak the most know the least and those that just sit back and watch are probably the ones you want to talk to with questions you need answers to. Have a great day!! This is not our horse. I hope she does not post anything to ridecamp Actually demanding anything of another is pretty much out of line. But our need and HOPE is that Bev - or anyone in her position - would share whatever they can that might be of help to others in preventing what happened. It may be that the only thing to share is....we just don't know and probably never will. I think in time, as this event comes into perspective with Bev, she might be open to doing this for the rest of us - but I wouldn't blame her one bit for being reluctant after being attacked. I for one would want to learn whatever I can to protect my own horses, but in the end, it is her decision, her horse, her heart. As for the sharks in the waters, buzz off, especially...."guests". sigh!
