You are going to have tons of fun getting back on... ;-) Actually there are "ways"... Val, if you haven't run through this from beginning to end, I'd suggest giving it a try. It is VERY important to continue to hand walk. Flat is very important. I'd hand walk at least 2x day for 20 minutes during the pen-up time. It's also important that the horse has enough room to move, but not enough room to get up any speed or run in circles. 20ft x 40ft w/ shed is what worked best for us.
