I also agree
it's a good idea to carry the gun on your person when possible - I used to
carry it on my saddle because of the weight but was seperated from my horse
one year in a bad fall and missed the gun and my water bottle (as well as the

*This makes more sense to me, especially if the
reason you part company from the horse is that is gets spooked by some creepy
person....I would want the gun on me!
