I remember after my mare had a bowed tendon, the "physical therapy" following the initial stall rest recuperation time consisted of first 2 weeks of hand walking her for around 15 minutes total, followed by 2 weeks of hand trotting her for around 15 minutes total, followed by 2 weeks of sitting on her bareback at a walk for around 15 minutes total, and finally saddling up and just gradually increasing time and movements.  Just take it slowly and follow your gut on what she seems to be able to tolerate.  Best of luck!
