Find a good welder that knows what he is doing. Sounds like you need a 
new door cut from the outside of the trailer, hinges and a latch 
installed, etc. You may have to work around supports that are in the 
trailer frame. A good welder can make it look like it was built that 
way. A hacker could really screw it up.
