Hi Christa,

This may sound harsh, but what you need to do is ride with a bad mule. A good 
mule won't buck or kick. A bad mule! doesn't like anyone crowding him. If he 
gets crowded he'll bounce his rear a little, then fire both rear hooves in to 
the offenders face. It doesn't take long to teach the crowding horse to back 
off. I'm sure you can find a bad mule near you. That hard part might be finding 
some good Hockey leg guards down in Texas. I wouldn't try this without them, 
and I don't think Texas is a big Hockey State. The nice thing about a mule is 
they can kick in any direction, back, side or to the front.
