Usually very good quality photos.  The baby picture on my Paint's papers was such a good quality that you could see the fiesty attitude at 3 months.

Well, at 2-3 months I'd be pretty suspicious of
unmatched markings. Most of the flaxen-feet or
silver-legs of a foal would be gone by then.

How clear is the photo? Sorry, I've never seen APHA
papers.
