RE: [RC] [RC]snowballs - Juli JakubI actually live in The Adirondacks of New York, my horses have the same problem and they are barefoot. They get huge ice/snow balls! It is frustrating, but I don't work them much during the winter...just lots of groundwork so it is alright. But if I want to ride alot I would probably have to do shoes/borium/rim pads. I heard Pam sprayed in the hooves can help?? Anyone know if this is true?

Juli Jakub

The Air of Heaven is that which blows between a horse's ears.

~ arabian proverb

From: "Lani M Olson" <LMOLSON90@xxxxxxx> To: "Ridecamp Endurance" <ridecamp@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> Subject: [RC] Date: Sun, 11 Dec 2005 11:12:49 -0700 =-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-= Ridecamp is a service of Endurance Net, http://www.endurance.net.
