[RC] Feb 05 EndNews - hope lundquist

FairHill 100 has a winner Prymtym. I notice he has no breast collar on. I wonder if this picture was taken after the ride?Another picture on page 52 shows a breast collar and crupper. Is FairHill a flat course (not an Endurance Course)?
A few years ago a rider at the Tevis elected not to use a breast  collar. Not very far into the ride the saddle slipped and a bad accident happened. Another rider was forced off the trail and was seriously injured and had to be taken via  helicopter to a hospital. Just curious.  Hope Lundquist
