Wonder about the horse never having completed a 100...
and the FEI let him in anyway.


This issue was addressed when Hachim was substituted for Shadon b/f the ride. 
There is a 2x80 qualification ride that was referenced. I do not know the ride 
date, location,  or completion data for that ride though.
