Three noteworthy items about the article other than the technical points mentioned before:

Khaleej Times is out of Dubai.
The byline is "Our Sports Reporter"....no name?
A second drug test might re-instate Hazza as the winner?...Not FEI procedure but a great carrot and stick for something...who knows what.
