[RC] Shoe size - Kristi Schaaf

I have a 7 yoa Arab that I hope hope hope to start in
NATRC/AERC this year. He has the most perfectly sized
and shaped hooves (size 2/he's 15.1) I've ever seen on
a horse. You should hear the vets where I work ooh and
aah when they see those hooves, especially since I
live in QH country. It's too bad that his hooves can't
be cloned for some of the 1300 lb QH studs that come
into the clinic with their little 00 hooves. My horse
is a Bandjo de Falgas son (Bandjo is currently
standing at Asgard Arabians); I'm curious if my horse
got his hoof size and shape from his sire...anyone out
there who has seen Bandjo or who has any of his
babies; are the awesome hooves from him? Kristi
