ohh ..that sounds sooo much like the things going on in our house.
Over the years I have had soooo many saddles ( too mummerous to count, Bob  
Marshall, Trekker, Big Horn, Abetta and many more) .... My hubby never knows 
how many saddles i have ....and get this ...WITH JUST ONE HORSE ...lol.
My mare had bucked me off once ...not her foult ..she got scared and i had 
her just a few month. Well i broke my tailbone that day... after three 
doc...nobody told me it was broken...and i kept riding... druged up :-)... I 
had some great painkillers. lol
The thing is ... when a "big " box arraives at the house ...the kids are 
trained to put it out of daddy's sight. ROFL..... I like to keep the peace 
in the house.
He just can't understand why I need so many saddles for just one horse. Well 
I sell them again too and have never lost any money ...but a non horsey 
hubby ...just does not understand ...it is hard to find something that fits 
my butt and the horses back.
By the way i ride a Bob Marshall saddle  now. :-)
