Re: [RC] Best Condition. Who knows? - Diane TrefethenYour post provides a different and enlightening view of the issue with good examples. It also makes the very valid points that the rider is part of the TEAM that wins a Best Condition and that we riders like to be recognized when we do a good job preparing our horses. After all, while the horse is the one that does most of the work, all the training and conditioning is under the control of the rider. It is the rider's program that allows the horse to finish a ride in better condition than the other horses, some of whom may be more talented but whose riders didn't do as good a job at preparing their horses for the task at hand.Renie M burnett wrote: Let's look at this another way; =-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-= Ridecamp is a service of Endurance Net, http://www.endurance.net.
