[RC] Mr. Ivers - Ridecamp Guest

I never had the honor of actually meeting Tom although I had always wanted to.  
I used to IM him, when he was online, once in awhile.  Once in awhile, he'd IM 
me back.

He knew the horse's inner and outer physiology more than anyone I'd ever 
listened to before.  There will never be another Mr. Ivers.  Even though I 
probably annoyed Tom, with my rants, delusions and lack of knowledge, I adored 
him.  Not only for his knowledge, his intelligence, his grit, but, for his "to 
the death" friendship that he had for those few who got lucky enough to be 
counted as a member of his inner circle.
