Re: [RC] tendonitis in the rider - Mary Sutliff

There is a physical therapy for tendonitis called ASTYM.  More info is
available at www.astym.com.  I had a severe case of "tennis elbow"
caused by manure shoveling!  Very painful and nothing seemed to help.
Went to a sports medicine doctor who sent me for this therapy and it
worked!  Worth looking into.
