Re: [RC] trail ettiquette? - Sisu West RanchA number of years ago I was conditioning Sketer in a MN park where hikers, bikers and horses share trails. We came around a corner at 12-15 mph to find an extended family having their photo taken on the trail. The photographer had his back to us, so he couldn't see the horse but of course the family could.Sketer stopped and slowly walked up behind the photog. I got busy watching the cute kids and forgot to stop him. When his nose was a foot or so from the photog. he let out a loud horse snort. The photog had been so engrossed in his picture that he was totally unaware of the horse. He jumped about 3', and his family collapsed in mirth on the trail!
