[RC] more horseback "ettiquette" - Dot WigginsI guess I'm too much from the old school of safe and considerate horsemanship. We were brought up believing it was never acceptable to "over run" or charge up on any other riders. You caught up "softly", and went by as smoothly as possible. And did not take off at a gallop, but eased away, speeding up out aways. Even a new green horse usually won't be unduly upset this way. (This rule does not apply on the race track) VBG =-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-= Ridecamp is a service of Endurance Net, http://www.endurance.net.
