Endurance.Net Ridecamp Archives

I've been looking for abstracts on PubMed and other places on the net  
and I've been able to find no references to EIA in Africa. As far as  
I can see, it's just found in North America.  If you can tell me  
where you read of EIA in Africa, I'd love to read it.
