Kathy> Not sure because I have no info on these, but the GL dose is 4 ounces, so something like that or a little more, depending on what you're using. GL is a relatively long chained sugar, so it is slower than something like plain sugar or honey--still it appears (glucose) in the blood stream within 15 minutes and peaks (glucose) in about 2 hours.
