What I would like to know is what are the ramifications of these findings? Like, what does high cortisol actually do to a body? The makers of Cortaslim would have us believe that cortisol is the reason we are fat, especially with belly fat. But what does transient high cortisol do? What does this article actually mean to us, as endurance riders?
