I say they did since the fabric is dyed.
Another thing: I teach blind and visually impaired students. When I ask if an individual has light perception and the answer is "yes", I follow up with, "What color do you see?" Interesting array of answers. However, the totally blind student doesn't know the "color" he "sees" because he has no perception of color. Do I understand, Louise, that individual would "see" black since there is no reflection of color?
