doesn't seem to me that if you set off on a
trail ride any property owner's should be responsible for any accidents unless
they've purposely set a "booby trap".
i agree this one of the kind of
thing that will get trails closed.
another thing is some riders disregarding
rules. i ride in a state park and over and over the rangers have asked
that riders NOT ride on the dam. over and over people do. now the
rangers are saying if it continues that particular trail will no longer be
available to the horse riders. shame how a few can mess it up for
many.

There were two things that struck me when I read this:
1. Why didn't she simply walk around the
driveway.
2. That the association will probably find that law
suits such as this are too expensive and eventually will discontinue the
practice of offering use of the "40 miles of trail" to equestrians.
