Re: [RC] glowsticks - ebeyriderI have tried the the battery-operated tri-colored "Clip-on Markers" (from Nite Ize ($11) (www.niteize.com). They are flat, with a clip at the end. They use two replaceable watch batteries, and the green or white colors are good on the breast collar, and the red works great on the back of the saddle for street riding. They are great for trainig rides because they can be turned off and used another time. I am just not thrilled with the durability of the On/Off switches, and they aren't really waterproof (The batteries terminals get corroded, then they won't work). Another source: WALMART also has battery-operated glowsticks in the Camping Section ($2.48) in green that are round like a regular glowstick, but the top twists to turn On/Off, so they too can be used for multiple short rides (24 hours total battery life) then disposed of as the batteries are not replacable.
