Good quality-not seconds Also try ebay for different ideas for awards. I have found that there are alot of tack dealers with good quality stuff and reasonable prices. i bought a fantastic fleece cooler for $24 and it was beautiful and nicer than any I had seen in the usual tack magazines. An award I give that people really like are folding chairs with the ride logo silkscreened on them. (Yes they can be silkscreened which is a whole lot cheaper than monogramming) I also have giving the 5 gallon buckets w/gamma lids and you can buy decal paper for your printer and put full color logos on them. Another thing that people really like are those new collapsible trash bags/cans. Just some ideas for you and I'm glad you are taking on the challenge of managing a ride. By the way, Susan suggested paper plates but make sure they are plastic ones with PERMANENT marker otherwise your trail makings could be washed away in a rain storm. They used the plates with glowsticks at NAEC and they really reflected well and you cld see them a long way.
