I find it hard to believe there hasn't been a better response. I did this
the first time it came my way, about 3 months ago (before our air base was in
danger of being closed and the hurricanes). I did receive a letter reply from
Sen. Johnson (South Dakota) who was rather vague in his support, about 3 weeks
ago. Last week I got an e-mail reply from Sen. Thune who at least sounded like
he would support the cause.
