Martha Carey did die of her injuries at the hospital only about two weeks
after the accident. She was in an induced coma at first. When they
removed the meds to see if she'd recover she didn't. MRI showed brain
damage. She had a will and I believe it was her wish that she be removed
from life support. When they did, she died within 48 hours or so.
Never regained consciousness. I have asked about her horses, and I
believe they are all spoken for. And I also think that her memorial is
this next Saturday, not positive. If someone wants to go to the
