RE: [RC] winning - Jim HollandI beg to differ....when AERC "blesses" the participation of AERC members in FEI, goes to extraordinary measures (offering loans to Ride Managers) to "qualify" them, (including "contamination" of our National Championship Ride", then the team is "representing" AERC. To believe otherwise, to use Kat's term, is "bullshit". A skunk by any other name still smells to high heaven. Just MHO. Jim, Sun of Dimanche+, and Mahada. -----Original Message----- From: ridecamp-owner@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:ridecamp-owner@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx] On Behalf Of bobmorris@xxxxxxxx Sent: Thursday, January 27, 2005 7:34 PM To: mikeeverett@xxxxxxxxxxx; ridecamp@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: RE: [RC] winning Mike: Please let me explain one simple thing, the AERC does not, and has not ever attempted to, field a team to compete at the world level. The team that is in the UAE is in no way representing the AERC. Yes, they are AERC members and membership in the AERC is a requirement for participation. But, the riders are fielded by the United States Equestrian Federation, not the AERC.
