[RC] 25 mile fees - Jonni

Ahhh Peggy, indeed, how one words something, can make a HUGE difference in
how people perceive your words. You posted :

So, looking back at out original comment, you said:

the word BUT, made it seem to me, that this was something you feel strongly
about....getting the same recognition as the 50's if you were to pay the
same entry fee. Not something "wishful" you would prefer to receive for
paying the same amount, instead it seemed a little more cut and dried "BUT
would like" the same recognition. Sorry to misunderstand what you meant to
share.   You gave your comments, and a few of us gave ours to your response.
Many riders have no idea the expenses involved in putting on a ride, no
matter what the distance. You can ride rides, clean trails, volunteer at
rides, and often still have little idea of all the expenses involved.   Just
shedding some light on that, for those who HAVE complained when a 25 miler
was the same price as a 50 miler.
