[RC] AERC and the budget - Michael Maul

Our AERC President Stagg Newman would normally be responding to the membership feedback that's being posted but he's not able to get an Internet connection at the Wisconsin Colorama ride where he is now.

He will be back home sometime late Monday so expect responses to your posts on Tuesday.
