Re: [RC] bosana boots? - Truman PrevattI bought a couple pairs for the front feet of our horses when we go up to Tennessee for a few days of riding. I don't use anything in the back. I really like them. While they are rubber they don't seem to have too much grab but they also don't seem to slip like EZboots can. I was worried at first about them changing the breakover or being too heavy. But that isn't a problem. They are easy to put on the second time. There is a learning curve. They are a heck a lot easier to get off than EZboots and unlike my experience with EZboots - they stay on.Truman Steph Teeter wrote: A friend recently did all 3 days at the High Country ride with Bosana boots (www.bosanaboots.com). I remember when these first hit the market years ago, thinking they were a pretty cool product. The concern at the time was that since they are made of rubber, there is a lot of grab (no slide) when the foot hits the ground, causing stress on the suspensories. But they stayed on beautifully and the foot kept clean under the boot. -- "The opposite of a correct statement is a false statement.
