Hello Everyone,

We just received the September issue of "Endurance News", which I might add 
seems to be a very interesting issue...especially the "Heart Article". Anyway, 
I looked forward to reading the article about this year's Tevis race. After 
reading it, I came away with the same feeling that I generally come away with 
after reading articles about specific races...where's the beef? It seems to me 
that minimal to miniscule coverage is contained about the winners. I'm sure 
that many readers find it interesting to read about the "also-rans" and even 
the "never-starteds", but I would really like to read about and see several 
pictures of the winners of these races...25's, 50's and 100's. I read an 
article written by Cathy Richardson concerning this year's winning ride, and it 
was very interesting and informative... courtesy of a breed forum (Shagya 
arabian) on the internet. I'm sure that there is an interesting story attached 
to every horse that starts an endurance race, but there are some of us who are 
really interested in hearing about the "best" of those finishing.
