Re: [RC] [RC] chick trucks- a special challenge some chicks face - JulienneRaven said: I have the pipe type on my truck and they are a pain in the butt. The anti-slip stuff wears off, and it's so easy for your foot to slip off them and get caught between the truck and the pipe. Hi Raven, I have the pipe type on my Dodge 2500 as well. I haven't had a problem with slippage yet (although I probably will tonight now that I've said it). When I originally purchased the pipe type running boards, I also bought big strips of adhesive sandpaper to adhere to the step-up areas. They're durable enough to last a while and can be easily replaced (and only a few dollars). I have yet to put them on (have a list of things to do 3 feet long these days). Julienne (5'2", also suffers the "slim skirt challenge" when getting into the truck) & Isabella (14'2", matches well with mom) ;) ____________________________________________________ Start your day with Yahoo! - make it your home page http://www.yahoo.com/r/hs =-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-= Ridecamp is a service of Endurance Net, http://www.endurance.net.
