Checked with the State Parks & their reply was "There are not many opportunities for horse camping in our State Parks." My reply, "!?!?!?!?!?" Does anyone know of a site for overnight along I 76 or I 70 within say 100 miles of the Denver area? Please reply to me with specifics. Thanks for any help. Wendy Mancini Yes, me. I have 23 acres just west of Castle Rock, two miles off I-25 and 30 miles south of I-70. You can keep your horses in the barn or in a temporary hot-wire paddock, and you can plug up to AC power at the barn. I can also give you directions to take a shortcut from Limon, but that's a rural two-lane highway. We're always happy to put up travelers with horses for the night. -- Joe Long jlong@xxxxxxxx http://www.rnbw.com =-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-= Ridecamp is a service of Endurance Net, http://www.endurance.net.
