Check with your vet to see if he has Pigeon
Fever. If so, either the vet can lance it or you will have to let it take
its course and break and drain on its own. We had a horse one time that
had it inside his sheath and it was very painful to him.
I just went to
change Jack's bandages and his sheath is swollen on one side and there is a
lump as large as my hand on his belly in front of his
sheath.
I cleaned it and
no beans. Any ideas of what it could be and what I should
do?
