[RC] Stocking up - Ridecamp Guest

==========================================

A sudden increase in daily miles results in stocking up, often appearing in the
hind legs first, due to lack of tone in the blood vessels of the legs. The
back-flow valves in the veins are inneffective to prevent pooling until they
catch up with the workload.

While it is stupid to suddenly increase daily mileage as has been described,
stocking up is not likely a sign of injury under these circumstances. It is an
early warning sign, though, that should be heeded by cutting the mileage in
half until vascular tone can catch up with the workload.
