[RC] Training to cross Water - Betty Edgar

Kathy. . congratulations on your patience and success.  So few people have
the patience to wait for a horse to think about their request and  to work
thru their fears and doubts.  I've always had trouble with patience whether
with people or horses or whatever but the more I work with different horses
the more patience I learn.  Aren't horses wonderful teachers?

This is exactly what I did and it did take almost 30 minutes but he
walked right across.  (Lots of praise and treats) then turned around to
go through again and he did do his awkward jump.  Went back across two
more times and was still very hesitant but a real trooper.  Thank you
everyone!!
