In the blank "Search" area type: Magnesium + horse

That will give you 308 papers to review. 

Typing: Magnesium + equine 
yields 299 papers--most of them likely to be duplicates of the initial search. 

And, while you're at it, you can type: beet pulp 
and review some 260 papers so that you may intelligently develop a position on 
feeding beet pulp. 

That's a lot better than adopting a position on a position on a position, 
because then you'd actually know something about the subject at hand and be 
able to offer some substance to the discussion.
