[RC] training to cross water - Diana Peterson

Hi gelding was very scared of water ... so i send him swimming ...lol . I am a Parelli student and have almost finished level 2 . I did a lot of ground work in the rain with him. When we had a big puddle right in the entrance to our round pen i used this for training. I stood to the side of the gate and let him come past me . If he would go i had a friend behing him ...just puting enough pressure on him so he would go forward. As he felt more comfortable with the crossing i made him stand in the puddle .

He now crosses water like a pro.
