The next ride on the Davy Crockett is October 22 - the Armadillo ride.  Another well-managed ride.  :)  It's just a few miles up the road from Unicorn Hunt, and uses some of the same trails.  It's also a Halloween costume ride, so it's a hoot to see some of the costumes going down the trail!  LOL They're having a 25, 60, and 100.  We'll be doing the 60.  Come on out and join us!

Great story Dawn...sorry to hear you did not feel well for most of the ride,
but how wonderful to know you have a true "partner" of a horse that will
pick up the slack when you need him and help you get through the ride like
Bear did.  

You two will have many more successful 50's I am sure.  I can't wait to do
my first 50 and hope to have as successful a ride (minus the vomitting if
you don't mind...lol).  I have been dying to ride those trails out there, so
looks like next time there is a ride at Davy Crockett I will need to plan on
going.
