[RC] Need a horse for a young girl - Ridecamp Guest

I have a young girl I have adopted as practically my own.  She has saved every 
dime of her money since he was 8 for a horse, she is now 12.  She has saved 
$2500.  We live in Tennessee and it is almost impossible to find her a good 
sain arabian or arab cross who is not tiny (14.3 and above) for this or less so 
she can do endurance on him and take to some local saddle club and 4-H shows.  
Is there anyone out there who might be able to help?  SHe is an excellent 
little rider she is just little and would be intimidated by a fiery steed.
